LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation, in partnership with Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law, Maha Bin Hendi Law Firm, and the DIFC Academy, have conducted a conference with the Lady Justice of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales, Sarah Asplin, to discuss the UAE Hybrid Legal System.
The conference included two separate panel discussions moderated by Diana Hamade, Managing Partner at Diana Hamade Attorneys at Law. Judge Mohammed Al Suboosi from Dubai Courts and Judges Nassir Al Nasser and Maha Al Mehairi from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts joined both panel discussions alongside Lady Justice Sarah Asplin.
The Speakers have shared with the Audience members their practical experience and answered numerous questions. The networking session enabled every participant to expand contacts and find new opportunities for business.
